EHRA Non-Faculty Performance Management

The EHRA Non-Faculty Performance Management website has been updated with online learning and development resources, including:

  • Online training – this is intended to provide supervisors and employees with vital information on the program structure, evaluation cycle and rating methodology. Instructions are provided to ensure compliance, as well as best practices, such as writing SMART goals.   • A one page instructional guide that has been developed in an effort to provide supervisors with direction on how to complete annual performance evaluations for EHRA non-faculty employees.
